Note: Quick Fist clamps are not to be used on exhaust pipes or any pipe that consistently exceeds a temperature of 180 F (82 C).
Mount a fire extinguisher, air tank, nitrous tank or other tools that are 2.5" to 9.5" in diameter with the Quick Fist super clamp.
1. Use three #10 bolts or screws to fasten. Do not over-tighten.
2. After fastening the Quick Fist Super clamp, stretch the strap by putting one hand on the base and use the other to pull in a perpendicular direction several times on the strap.
3. If you plan on holding a large cylinder and the base is not supported, it is advisable to use a piece of angle iron, wood block, or shelf bracket to support the bottom of the cylinder. This will also make it easier to lock the clamp in place.
4. The strap is divided into three sections. The first holds objects up to 3"; the second, 5"; and the third, up to 7". If desirable, excess sections can be trimmed of with wire cutters or scissors.

We can't have things rolling around in there when hauling expensive cargo. Easy-peasy to install with 3 spare wood screws lying around the garage. It does the job reasonably cheap.
They work great. I have them on my truck rack and they have carries Fire Extinguisher, Shovel, Axe and other things from Indiana, Baja Mx, and all through Idaho.

As good as new
Just received the E-Track chocks for my cargo trailer. They were back ordered but everything else I ordered arrived quickly and in good shape. The chocks took a little while but the communication was very good from Cathy T. at etrailer, the customer service is outstanding.
I was hoping something like this existed to hold my homdee solar rv shower, I did an internet search and Voila! Complete with UV resistance for rooftop mounting. Awesome product.

A year later, no issues. Thankfully, I havent needed the fire extinguisher. The bottom of the extinguisher tends to scoot around during trailering its never come loose. You may want to get two of these install one within a few inches of the floor to prevent the bottle from wiggling out on a long haul.
